Extremely Fine and better. Very Rare variety.
The D was added to the die by Hancock after he received a drawing of the "D" from a Greenwich resident. D&H note that the D die piece did not circulate "but were given as presents." Samuel comments that "Specimens of this token were worth two guineas each in Pye's time." (Pye died in 1830.)
