Great Britain. Victoria AR Specimen/Proof Year Set. 1887. Jubilee Specimen Six Coin Set, Crown to Threepence in an original Royal Mint box that was originally used for the 1927 Proof silver set. Crown AEF cleaned, Halfcrown UNC (PL), Florin EF cleaned, Shilling AU, Sixpence UNC (PL) and Sixpence Choice UNC (PL). The coins mainly display heavy tones of blue, green and lilacs, it appears to have been a possible proof set that has been sadly cleaned at some time as most of the coins appear to be mishandled proof issues. No Double Florin in this set. A nice collectible item and the 1927 box is scarce. About Extremely Fine to Uncirculated.Some coins are cleaned. Lot sold as seen, No Returns.
