Set of Four silver proof medals in the sizes of Crown, Halfcrown, Florin & Shilling, displaying unique reverse designs by John Pinches and all carrying the regal bust of Charles, Prince of Wales on the obverse. This is set 816 of only 2000 issued and is in the original box of issue and with the COA. Struck in Britannia silver .958 fineness. Weights: Crown size 27.8 g, Half Crown size 17.2 g, Florin size 13.4 g, Shilling size 7.1g.All Uncirculated Proofs with the most amazing toning, the Britannia silver loves to tone naturally and displays hues of blue, green, sage, lilac and oranges. Inner box is mottled, but all good and a rare set. Some pieces have minor hairlines.
