Moldova, Lithuania & Genovese. Duke Svitrigaila AR Asprokastron (x5) lot. 1430-1480AD. Genovese Counterstamped on Moldovian & Lithuanian coinage, regarded as Asprokastron denomination, but actually unknown (Modern day Ukraine), countermark is 4 dots in angles of a cross, most of host coin is missing legend and images. Zeno: 161274. Average 0.30-0.50g, 10-15.00mm. Fine to Extremely Fine for the counter marks. Very rare and generally achieve upwards of €50 per coin. This lot of 6 pieces is sold as seen, No Returns. Lot includes a crude copy of an Abbassid Dirham in lead & one broken coin.
